Eggless Maple Orange Donuts

All purpose flour - 1.5 cups

Caster sugar - 1 3/4 cup

Baking powder - 1 tsp

Vanilla essence - 1 tsp

Maple syrup - 1/2 cup

Melted butter - 1 cup

Curd - 1 cup

Orange juice - 90 ml


1) In a mixing bowl add the all purpose flour, 3/4 cup caster sugar , baking powder, vanilla essence, maple syrup, vanilla essence, butter and the curd and make a thick batter

2) Pour the batter in a donut pan and bake it at 160 degrees for 18-20 mins in a preheated oven

3) For the glaze take the remaining caster sugar (1 cup) add orange juice to it and whisk into a thick glaze

4) Once the donuts are baked, dip them in the glaze and garnish with chocochips and candy
