Our specialised team of cookware experts carefully go through all the information and pictures sent for review in order to check if your product is eligible for the claim. A Quality Analyst then gets in touch with the customer along with an update on their case within 3 working days. 

In case of Replacement:
Your defective product will be picked up from your doorstep and a brand new piece of the same product will be dispatched to your address after we've received the defective pan from the customer. In case of damage not covered under warranty we inform the same to the customer & close the case

Important Things To Note:
- The warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, scratching, accident, misuse, abuse or commercial use. Stains / discoloration / damage from overheating, or discoloration caused by dishwasher use or use of sharp metal.
- PotsandPans India reserves the right to reject service of any particular case depending on the usage.
- PotsandPans India shall not entertain any service cases without clear & good quality pictures of the defective product where defect is not evident.
- Proof of purchase is a must to claim warranty. Without bill, no warranty claims shall be entertained.
