Grilled Tandoori Chicken

Mustard oil - 1/4 cup

Ginger garlic paste - 2 tbsp

Red chilli powder - 1 tbsp

Meat masala - 1 tbsp

Garam masala - 1 tsp

Curd - 1/2 cup

Lemon juice - 1 tsp

Black pepper - 1 tsp

Kasoori methi - 1 tsp

Chicken breasts - 4


1) In in a mixing bowl, start by mixing mustard oil, ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, meat masala and garam masala

2) Once the masalas are dissolved, add in the salt , curd, lemon juice, black pepper, Kasoori methi

3) Whisk it all together to form a thick marinade

4) Add in the chicken breasts and let them marinate for atleast 30 mins

5) Heat a cast iron grilled pan and add butter to the pan

6) Grill the chicken by cooking them 4-5 minutes on each side

7) Garnish with a lemon wedge and serve
