How to Make Palak Paneer Kulcha

    Mix atta, maida, curd, spinach paste, salt, and water to form a soft dough. Cover and rest for 30 minutes.

  2. Step 2:
    Mix grated paneer with red chilli powder, salt, and jeera powder.

  3. Step 3:
    Stuff the paneer mixture into dough balls, seal, and gently roll into kulchas.

  4. Step 4:
    Apply water on one side of the kulcha and stick it onto a Meyer Cast Iron Tawa. Cook, flip, tilt the pan, and cook till well done.
