PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Dual Pressure Setting
Presta comes with two different settings- level 1 (gentle cooking) that is for soft, light vegetables, sea food, rice, pulses and so on; level 2 (speed cooking) for tough or harder food like root vegetables, legumes, unsoaked rajma, red meat and so on that require a lot of time. Additionally, you can seamlessly switch between level 1 and level 2 allowing you to cook anything according to your requirements.
Opening & Closing Mechanism
Worried that you might not have locked the cooker properly? Fret not, Presta features Auto-Lock that not only safely secures the lid every time you close it but also makes it easy to unfasten it. Presta also has a “Visual Pressure Indicator” that rises up when the pressure starts to build and drops when the pressure is released, giving you clearance to open the lid. It should be noted that if the indicator has not gone down, you will not be able to open the lid. It also has Gasket Offset Device that prevents the build-up of pressure even if the lid is incorrectly fitted.
