Spread dosa batter in a large circle. Add one filling to each quarter—podi, paneer, chutney, and cheese with onions. Fold each side into a neat triangle and cook until golden and crisp. No extra tools needed—just your tawa and a little ghee!
How to Make 4 Flavour Dosa:
Ingredients:

Podi masala – 1 tbsp

Crumbled paneer – ½ cup (mixed with salt & chopped coriander)

Coconut chutney – 1 tbsp

Onions – ¼ cup, thinly sliced

Cheese – as desired (mozzarella or processed)

Ghee – for cooking

Heat a non-stick tawa or cast iron pan and grease lightly with ghee.
