Butter Garlic Egg

Ingredients
To Make Egg Mixture:
Egg - 8 Nos
Butter
Salt - 1/4 Tsp
Pepper - 1/4 Tsp
Red Chilli Flakes - 1/4 Tsp

To Make Butter Garlic Sauce:
Butter
Garlic - 7-8 No.
Salt - 1/2 Tsp
Pepper - 1/2 Tsp
Chilli Flakes - 1 Tsp
Corn Flour - 1 Tsp
Milk - 1/2 Cup
Italian Seasoning - 1 Tsp
Parlsey
Instructions
To Make Egg Mixture:
1. Crack 8 eggs into a bowl. Add 1/4 tsp of salt, 1/4 tsp of pepper, and 1/4 tsp of red chili flakes to the eggs. Whisk thoroughly until the mixture is smooth and slightly frothy.
2. In a pan, heat 1 tbsp of oil and a knob of butter over medium heat. Pour the egg mixture into the pan. Cook gently, stirring occasionally to scramble the eggs. Cook until the eggs are soft and slightly creamy (or to your desired doneness). Remove from heat and set aside.
To Make Butter Garlic Sauce:
1. Sauté Garlic: In the same or a separate pan, melt 2 tbsp of butter over medium heat. Add 7-8 minced garlic cloves and sauté until they turn fragrant and golden brown.
2. Add Seasoning: Stir in 1/2 tsp of salt, 1/2 tsp of pepper, 1 tsp of chili flakes, and 1 tsp of Italian seasoning. Cook for another 1-2 minutes to let the flavors develop.
3. Thicken the Sauce: Mix 1 tsp of corn flour in the butter mixture and cook it for 30-45 seconds and then add the milk while mixing continuously.
4. Simmer the Sauce: Let the sauce simmer for 3-4 minutes until it thickens slightly. Stir in fresh parsley and adjust the seasoning if needed.
Serving:
Drizzle the butter garlic sauce over the scrambled eggs or serve it fully mixed with the sauce. Garnish with fresh parsley and extra chili flakes if desired.
