What is Raw Mango Chutney?
A rustic Indian chutney made with raw mango, herbs, and spices—this version is slightly smoky, spicy, and perfect to pair with parathas or simple meals.
Main Ingredients:

Raw mango – 1 (chopped)

Tomato – 2

Garlic – 4–5 cloves

Mustard oil – 2–3 tbsp

Mint leaves – ½ cup

Coriander leaves – ½ cup

Onion – 1 (roughly chopped)

Green chilli – 1–2

Salt – to taste
How to make Smoky Raw Mango Chutney

In a pan, add tomatoes, raw mango, garlic, and mustard oil. Cover and cook until soft and slightly charred.

Remove from heat and peel off the skins from the tomatoes and mango.

In a chopper, add mint, coriander, onion, green chilli, salt, and the peeled cooked mixture. Blend to a coarse or smooth chutney as preferred.

Add a touch more mustard oil and adjust salt.
