What are Sweet & Salty Chips?

A quick baked snack where salted chips are layered with sweet honey, salty cheese, and a hint of acidity for the perfect flavour balance.

 

 

Main Ingredients:

  1. Salted wafer chips – 2 cups

  2. Honey – 2–3 tbsp

  3. Feta cheese – ½ cup (crumbled)

  4. Parmesan cheese – ¼ cup (grated)

  5. Parsley – 1 tbsp (chopped)

  6. Balsamic vinegar – 1–2 tsp

How to make Sweet & Salty Chips

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C. Spread chips evenly on a baking sheet.
  2. Drizzle honey over the chips. Sprinkle crumbled feta and grated parmesan.
  3. Bake for 8–10 minutes until the cheese melts and chips turn slightly golden.
  4. Remove from oven, drizzle more honey and a little balsamic vinegar.
  5. Top with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
