With minimal prep and one-pan cooking, you get a flavorful, wholesome dish in under 20 minutes, making it perfect for busy days or a quick meal.

How to make

1. Saute the veggies: Heat 2 Tbsp oil in a pan. Add onion, bell pepper, carrot, and sweet corn. Cook for 1–2 minutes without salt to keep them crunchy. Remove and set aside.

2. Prepare the masala: In the same pan, add 1 Tbsp oil and butter. Sauté chopped garlic and onion for a minute until aromatic.

3. Add spices & tomato: Mix in chilli flakes, pizza seasoning, Kashmiri red chilli powder, and tomato puree. Add 1 Tbsp tomato ketchup if you prefer a slightly sweet taste. Cook for 2–3 minutes.

4. Combine macaroni: Add boiled macaroni and the sautéed veggies to the pan. Mix well.

Expert Tips

1. Boil macaroni just right: Cook until al dente so it doesn’t become mushy when mixed with the masala.

2. Keep veggies crunchy: Sauté them briefly without salt to retain their texture and color.

3. Adjust spice levels: Use less or more chilli powder and flakes according to your taste preference.

4. Use macaroni water: Adding a little reserved water helps bind the sauce and keeps the dish slightly creamy.

5. Serve immediately: The dish tastes best when hot and fresh; it may lose crunch if kept too long.

6. Optional garnishes: Sprinkle cheese, fresh herbs, or nuts for extra flavor and visual appeal.
