What is Granola Yogurt Bowl?

A simple breakfast bowl where caramelised banana granola meets smooth yogurt and fresh fruits, finished with a nutty drizzle.

 

Main Ingredients:

  1. Banana – 1
  2. Cinnamon powder – ½ tsp
  3. Chocolate granola – 1 cup
  4. Greek yogurt – 1 cup
  5. Orange – 1 (sliced)
  6. Peanut butter – 1 tbsp
  7. Salt – a pinch

 

 

How to make Granola Yogurt Bowl

  1. Mash banana on a plate, add cinnamon and chocolate granola. Mix well.
  2. Cook the mixture on a dry pan till slightly dry and crisp.
  3. In a bowl, add Greek yogurt. Top with the granola mixture.
  4. Add sliced banana and orange slices.
  5. Drizzle peanut butter and sprinkle a pinch of salt.
