What is Microwave Pumpkin Idli?
A no-fermentation, instant idli made with rava, pumpkin, and coconut—steamed in the microwave for a fluffy, moist texture.
Main Ingredients:
- Grated pumpkin – 1 cup
- Grated coconut – ½ cup
- Rava (sooji) – 1 cup
- Coriander – 2 tbsp (chopped)
- Salt – to taste
How to make Microwave Pumpkin Idli

In a bowl, mix grated pumpkin, coconut, rava, coriander, and salt. Mix well.

Let it sit for 5 minutes so the rava hydrates and softens.

Transfer to a microwave-safe bowl, cover with a lid, and cook for 2.5 minutes.
