Paneer tikka sandwich recipe
RECIPE:
Paneer - 250 gms
Onion - 1 chopped
Capsicum - 1 chopped
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Hung curd - 1.5 tbsp
Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Garlic powder - 1 tsp
Corriander powder - 1 tsp
Garam masala - 1 tsp
Tandoori Masala ( Shaan ) - 2 tsp
Corriander chopped ( handful )
Bread of choice
Butter & Oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Mozzarella cheese - 1/2 cup
Marinade the paneer and vegetables with all the spices and hung curd.
Let the panner sit for 30 minutes and then cook over medium flame for 10-12 minutes until fully cooked and the curd releases the oil.
Apply the prepared filling in any bread of your choice and put a genourous amount of cheese.
Toast as shown in the video over medium low heat until the bread is golden brown and Crispy.
Serve hot and Enjoyy!
