What are 10-Minute Chilli Peanut Noodles?

 

A super quick noodle dish where hot oil is poured over aromatics and spices, creating a flavour-packed sauce tossed with noodles.

 

 

Main Ingredients:

 

  1. Noodles – 1 pack
  2. Garlic – 1 tbsp (chopped)
  3. Sesame seeds – 1 tsp
  4. Peanut butter – 1 tbsp
  5. Red chilli powder/flakes – 1 tsp
  6. Salt – to taste
  7. Spring onion – 2 tbsp (chopped)
  8. Oil – 2–3 tbsp
  9. Hot noodle water – 2–3 tbsp

 

 

How to make 10-Minute Chilli Peanut Noodles

 

  1. Cook noodles as per instructions. Reserve some hot noodle water and drain the rest.

  2. In a bowl, add garlic, sesame seeds, peanut butter, red chilli, salt, and spring onion.

  3. Heat oil till hot and carefully pour it over the mixture to release all the flavours.

  4. Add a little hot noodle water and mix into a smooth, glossy sauce.

  5. Add boiled noodles and toss well till everything is coated.
