    How to make Breakfast Burrito?

    1. In a pan, heat oil.
    2. Add chopped onions, tomatoes and jalapeños.
    3. Add beaten eggs and scramble to make an egg mixture.
    4. Add seasonings.
    5. Lay flat tortilla bread and apply hot sauce on it and place the egg filling on top.
    6. Roll the tortilla bread and grill it on a grill pan.
    7. Cut in half and serve.

    1. Saute the vegetables completely before adding the eggs.
    2. Do not season the eggs before cooking as they turn brown.
    3. Do not overcook the eggs or they would become rubbery.
