Tortilla bread: 1
Coriander: 1 tbsp
Hot sauce: 1 tbsp
Cheddar cheese: ½ cup
In a pan, heat oil.
Add chopped onions, tomatoes and jalapeños.
Add beaten eggs and scramble to make an egg mixture.
Lay flat tortilla bread and apply hot sauce on it and place the egg filling on top.
Roll the tortilla bread and grill it on a grill pan.
Cut in half and serve.
A breakfast burrito can consist of many other elements like crisped up bacon slices and cheese or avocado slices to make it a more hearty and fulfilling meal.
