Broccoli and Corn Bread

How to make Broccoli and Corn Bread?
- In a bowl take the maize flour and refined flour and crack in two eggs.
- Season the flour with salt and pepper.
- Add in the chopped broccoli and onion.
- Add in all the spices.
- Start whisking it all together while adding in water to make a thick batter.
- Pour the batter in a loaf tin and bake at 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
- Demould and let it cool before slicing.
