Heat oil, crackle cumin seeds. On high heat, sear the chicken. Add salt to it. After 5 mins of frying, add turmeric, chili pwd & crushed coriander.
Fry for 10 secs & immediately add the blended mixture. Keep frying (or 'bhooning' as we say in Urdu) for 5 mins. Lower heat to medium, cover & cook for 15 mins, stirring the masala occasionally in between.
