Dark Chocolate Brownie

Ingredients

Chocolate - 80 gms

Butter - 75 gms

Sugar - 45 gms

Milkmaid - 100 gms

Water - 50 gms

Flour - 60 gms

Cocoa Powder - 1 tbsp

Baking Powder - 1/2 tbsp

It’s really difficult to say No to a brownie as tempting as this. Prepared using the simplest of ways, this recipe yields a magical result!


Method

1) Melt chocolate and butter in a bowl.

2) Add sugar and milkmaid, mix well.

3) Add all the dry ingredients and fold.

4) Pour room temperature water and mix well.

5) Bake at 160 degrees for 20-25 mins.
