They come in many variations, a common one being a walnut brownie, or they can also have some frosting or cream and cheese.

Quick and Easy Chocolate Chip Brownie

A recipe this simple that gets ready in just under 30 minutes is a must try! I don't know about you, but I love desserts that get ready in a pinch, and this brownie is one of them. I would 100% recommend you to try this recipe; trust me, baking a dessert has never been this easy.

    How to make Chocolate Chip and Sea Salt Brownie ?

    1) Preheat your oven to 180 degree Celsius. Start by adding melted butter in a large bowl with the brown sugar. Incorporate them using a hand mixer.

    2) Crack 2 eggs into the same bowl and beat them into the butter and sugar mixture.

    3) To the aerated mixture, add melted chocolate and mix that as well into the batter with a mixer.

    4) Add the all-purpose flour to the batter and fold it using a silicone spatula.

    5) Finish the batter off with a handful of chocolate chips and fold them in as well.

    6) Transfer the batter into a non-stick square baking dish. Sprinkle some sea salt over it and bake it for 20 minutes in a 180 degree oven.

    7) Once the brownie comes out, let it rest for 8-10 minutes or till it is completely cool and remove it from the pan and cut into 9 equal pieces

    Expert Tips

    1) Make sure not to burn the butter while melting it.

    2) Whip the eggs thoroughly to make an airy and bubbly batter.

    3) Do not oversalt the brownie in the end.
