oil - 2 tbsp
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Garlic - 5 cloves
Onion - 2 chopped onions
Tomato - 1 chopped
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Mushrooms - chopped i cup
Garam Masala - 1/4 tsp
Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
Red Chilly Powder - 1/4 tsp
Kashmiri Red Chili Powder - 1/4 tsp
Add 2 tbsp oil in a saute pan and cumin seeds for the tadka
Add in the chopped garlic and onion and cook them properly.
Now add tomatoes and let it cook for 1 minute. Then add the masala mix to the saute pan.
Cook the masala for 5 mins , add the mushrooms and cook it till the mushrooms are softly cooked.
Add some cream and kasuri methi and cook till the gravy is thick .
Serve with your choice of bread.
