Pistachio: ½ cup
Curd : 200 grams
Kesar Chutney: ½ tsp
Saffron : 1 pinch
Sugar syrup : 2 tbsp
Iced water : 1 cup
Chopped pistachio: for garnish
Add the pistachio inside a chopper and start working them, till they become lightly crushed and granulated.
To the crushed pistachios add the curd, kesar chutney, a pinch of saffron, sugar syrup and iced water. Attach the churn and churn the mixture, till it forms a cohesive beverage.
