Mutton Boti Tikka
Mutton Boti Kebab is a popular starter dish where succulent lamb pieces are marinated and grilled in a tandoor or in an oven. Available in chicken and mutton variations, this is a great dish to start your meal – be it lunch or dinner.

Ingredients
Mutton boti - 1 kg
Ginger garlic paste - 4 tbsp
Green chilli paste - 1.5 tbsp
Mustard oil - 1/4 cup
Red chilli powder - 3 tbsp
salt
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Meat masala - 2 tsp
Curd - 1 cup
Sliced onions
Ghee - 2 tbsp
Tomatoes - 2
1) Marinate the mutton with all the spices, ginger garlic paste, salt, curd and mustard oil and let it marinate for 6-8 hours.
2) Place the mutton boti on a baking tray, place sliced onions on top, add in the ghee and cover it with silver foil
3) Bake at 200 degrees for 50 mins.
4) Once baked remove the boti, take the liquid in a pan, add quartered tomatoes to it and cook till tomatoes have disintegrated. Blend in to a sauce.
5) Add the cooked boti back to the sauce and serve.
