What is Olive Garlic Bread?

Garlic olive oil bread can be called a different version of the classic focaccia. Focaccia is an Italian bread made with an abundance of olive oil and sea salt. A focaccia can be topped with many varied items that include sliced fruits and vegetables or even some pickled vegetables. In this version, we have added a lot of olives and garlic oil, and a generous sprinkle of sea salt. This bread is cooked in a springform pan, so it is thick and soft.
