    How to make Sugar-free Til ke Ladoo ?

    1) In a stainless steel frypan, toast some white sesame seeds for 3-4 minutes, or until they get golden brown and set them aside.

    2) Now to the empty pan add some desi ghee and organic jaggery, melt it with some water.

    3) To the hot, melted jaggery, add your toasted sesame seeds, followed by some chopped mix nuts.

    4) Mix it all together so everything is covered with the melted jaggery.

    5) Transfer it into a bowl and with wet hands, form it into ladoos of your desired size.

    Expert Tips

    1. Toast the sesame on low heat, otherwise they might start burning and popping.
    2. Water is necessary in the jaggery as it adjusts the liquid to the perfect coating consistency.
    3. The nuts add the extra crunch to the ladoo so do not skip them.
