    How to make Vegan Chocolate Brownies?

    1) Start by preheating the oven to 180 degree celsius. Add all the ingredients for the batter in an electric blender or mixer and blend into a batter

    2) Once the batter is formed, transfer it into a non-stick loaf pan and bake it in the preheated 180 degree oven for 25 minutes.

    3) While the brownie is baking, prepare the chocolate glaze. Add coconut oil in a stainless steel pan with some golden syrup and cocoa powder.

    4) Once everything is mixed together into a sauce, add the vegan dark chocolate and melt it in.

    5) Once the brownie is out of the oven, spread the frosting over the hot brownie and let it cool. Once cool, demould the brownie and cut it into desirable pieces.

    Expert Tips

    1. You can add more coconut oil to the chocolate glaze if it isn't smooth.
    2. Spread the brownie batter evenly as it wont spread much by itself.
    3. Demould the brownie only when it's cooled down, or it might disintegrate.
