What are Vegan Chocolate Brownies?
Brownies were created in the United States during the 19th century but they started gaining popularity only in the beginning of the 20th century. They are a chocolate confection usually made in a square pan. It's a relatively easier bakery product when compared to other items and they also come in many variations, a common one being a walnut brownie, or they can also have some frosting or cream and cheese.

Once the batter is formed, transfer it into a nonstick loaf pan and bake it in the preheated 180 degree oven for 25 minutes.
While the brownie is baking, prepare the chocolate glaze. Add coconut oil in a stainless steel chef's pan, with some golden syrup and cocoa powder.
Once everything is mixed together into a sauce, add the vegan dark chocolate and melt it in.
Once the brownie is out of the oven, spread the frosting over the hot brownie and let it cool. Once cool, demould the brownie and cut it into desirable pieces.
