A brownie recipe that is not laden with either butter or animal-based products but is packed with only plant-based ingredients and is sugar-free too. Everything in this recipe can be prepared in an electric blender, making the job super convenient for you.
Brownies were created in the United States during the 19th century but they started gaining popularity only in the beginning of the 20th century. They are a chocolate confection usually made in a square pan. It's a relatively easier bakery product when compared to other items and they also come in many variations, a common one being a walnut brownie, or they can also have some frosting or cream and cheese.
No other bakery item has ever been this easy to make. You can prepare this vegan brownie batter in just a few minutes by just adding everything into an electric blender and blitzing them together. Being a vegan version, this is a healthier alternative to the usual confection, giving you a huge incentive to make it right now.
1) Start by preheating the oven to 180 degree celsius. Add all the ingredients for the batter in an electric blender or mixer and blend into a batter
2) Once the batter is formed, transfer it into a non-stick loaf pan and bake it in the preheated 180 degree oven for 25 minutes.
3) While the brownie is baking, prepare the chocolate glaze. Add coconut oil in a stainless steel panwith some golden syrup and cocoa powder.
4) Once everything is mixed together into a sauce, add the vegan dark chocolate and melt it in.
5) Once the brownie is out of the oven, spread the frosting over the hot brownie and let it cool. Once cool, demould the brownie and cut it into desirable pieces.

Recipe Note
The batter for this recipe is prepared inside an electric blender but it can be done by separately crushing the nuts and dry fruits and then mixing them by hand if a blender is not available.
