- Rolled Oats: 400 g
- Honey: 200g
- Almonds chopped : 50 g
- Cranberries: 50 g
- Salt: 1 pinch
salt. Mix everything together with a spatula and set aside.
- In a trivantage milk pan add the honey, with some vanilla and heat it lightly on medium low till the honey melts and becomes loosened up. Pour the loose honey into the bowl of oats and mix them so that the oats are completely coated with the honey.
- Spread the oats evenly on a non-stick tray. Top them off with some more dried cranberries. Bake them in a preheated 200 degree oven for 14-16 minutes or until golden brown.
- Once out of the oven, let them cool completely. Once cooled, transfer the granola into an airtight acrylic container and store them at room temperature for 2-3 months.
Using this simple method, a lot of different flavour combinations of nuts and dry fruits can be added to granola. If you want you can also add powdered sugar to the granola to make them taste more sweet.
