In a large bowl add refined flour, baking powder and a whole egg. Whisk everything together and add some coconut cream and water to adjust it to the correct consistency.
Season the batter with salt and pepper. Add some boiled green peas, corn kernels, chopped garlic, and onions, chopped mushrooms, chilli paste, sesame oil, soy sauce and refined oil. Add some jalapeno slices and mix them also.
Heat a nonstick dosa tawa and drizzle a generous amount of refined oil over it. Pour dollops of the thick batter on the hot tawa and let it shallow fry for 3-4 minutes on both the sides.
Serve these fritters hot and garnish them with chilli flakes, with a side of ketchup.
The kind of vegetables totally depends on your liking. You can replace or remove vegetables as per your liking. If you fiddle with the quantity, do not increase the vegetables too much or that might make it difficult to hold.
