If you're looking to make the best butter chicken, there are a few things you can do to ensure success.
First, start with high-quality ingredients. This means using freshly squeezed lemon juice, not the bottled stuff; real butter, not margarine; and boneless, skinless chicken breasts, not thighs.
Second, don't be afraid to experiment with the spices. A good butter chicken should have a balance of heat and sweetness, so play around with different ratios of chili powder, garam masala, and sugar until you find the perfect blend.
Lastly, don't overcook the chicken! Butter chicken is best when the chicken is cooked just until it's cooked through, so err on the side of caution and take it out of the pan as soon as the juices run clear.
Follow these tips and you'll be well on your way to making the best butter chicken ever.

This kadhai is the best investment for any kitchen. Emery and mirror finish from the outside and a naturally stainless steel nonstick finish from inside. Stainless steel cookware are naturally nonstick if they have no cold and hot spots, and this product is the best if you are looking at anything of this kind.
