Chilli And Banana Jam
Preparation time 10 Minutes
Cooking time 5 Minutes
Bananas - 3
Sugar - 1/4cup
Maple syrup - 2 tbsp
Cinnamon powder - 1 tsp
Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
1) Slice bananas and add them to a pan along with the sugar.
2) Let it cook on slow heat so that the sugar dissolves properly.
3) Add the cinnamon powder and maple syrup.
4) At the end sprinkle the red chilli powder and cook slowly till the bananas are mashy and look like a jam.
