Chilli And Banana Jam

Bananas - 3

Sugar - 1/4cup

Maple syrup - 2 tbsp

Cinnamon powder - 1 tsp

Red chilli powder - 1 tsp

A staple in the African/Caribbean region that is perfect for as a spread for your morning breakfast toast to elevate It to a whole new level.


1) Slice bananas and add them to a pan along with the sugar.

2) Let it cook on slow heat so that the sugar dissolves properly.

3) Add the cinnamon powder and maple syrup.

4) At the end sprinkle the red chilli powder and cook slowly till the bananas are mashy and look like a jam.
