Chef Varun teaches you a very simple, homely and very healthy recipe that uses the bare basic ingredients and is so so simple to make that anyone can make it with perfection. Tastes really nice and light and definitely a fun way to use potatoes rather than the regular curry.

Ingredients

Mustard oil  - 1/4 cup 

Cumin seeds  -  Pinch 

Chopped onion - 1 

Chopped ginger and garlic  - 1 tbsp 

Chopped green chilli

Salt

Boiled potatoes - 3

Curd  - 1.5 cups 

Coriander 

FOR TEMPERING 

Mustard seeds -  1 tsp 

Ginger 

Whole red chilli 

 

Method
1)Start by heating the mustard oil, add in cumin seeds, chopped onions and start cooking.
2)Add in chopped garlic and ginger along with green chilli.
3)Add in boiled cubed potatoes .
4)Add in the curd and keep stirring otherwise the curd can curdle.
5)Make the tempering by heating some ghee and add in mustard seeds, ginger and whole red chilli.
6)Pour the tempering on the prepared dish and serve.
