    How to Make Mishti Doi?

    1. Start by heating the heavy cream and adding saffron to it. Keep this aside.
    2. Heat and melt the sugar in the Meyer Trivantage Tasla. Once melted, add the milk to it and stir well until thoroughly combined.
    3. Add the saffron cream to the mixture and stir well. Reduce this over medium heat for 5-10  minutes.
    4. Take the mixture off the heat and allow it to cool for 10-15 minutes.
    5. In a bowl add the yogurt and mix with the milk mixture well.
    6. Now let's set the mishti doi, for this line the surface of some bowls with yogurt and add the mishti doi mixture to the bowls.
    7. Cover the bowls with some parchment paper and seal it using rubber bands. Set them in the fridge for 6 hours or preferably overnight.
    8. Serve the set Mishti Doi cold and garnish with some crushed pista.
