How to make Bombay Sandwich 

  1. Start by making the green chutney. Add stemmed and washed coriander leaves in a bowl, followed by green chillies, garlic, ginger, lemon juice, salt and yogurt to it and blend it till it is smooth.
  2. Slice the tomato, paneer and cucumber very thinly. Cut out the edges of the white bread slices and start layering the sandwich.
  3. Apply a generous layer of green chutney. Over that lay the sliced cucumber and sprinkle some salt over it. Repeat with the paneer and tomato slices. Top it off with the other slice of bread. 
  4. Slice the sandwich in half and slice each half into thirds if desired. 

Expert Tips

  1. The sandwich would taste amazing only if the cucumber, tomato and paneer are sliced very thinly.
  2. The green chutney can be added on both the bread slices if you want a deeper taste.
