How to make Candied Walnuts 

  • Start by adding ghee, sugar and water into a ceramic nonstick frypan. Melt it together to make a chashni. 
  • Add the walnuts into this chashni and keep on stirring and tossing them till the sugar dries up and becomes a crispy coating.  
  • Let them cool down and dry completely before serving.

  1. Make sure the chashni made is 1 string thick.
  2. Stir the ghee and sugar properly or there might be lumps.
  3. Make sure the walnuts aren't too small or they will not separate properly.
