How to make Masala Peanuts 

  1. In a large bowl take besan, and rice flour, add haldi, garam masala, laal mirch and salt into it. Mix it together.
  2. Add raw peanuts to this mixture with some grated ginger as well. Slowly add some water and start mixing them together. Mix till a thick and crumbly coating has formed onto the peanuts.  
  3. In a cast iron kadai, start to heat oil on medium heat. Fry the coated peanuts in batches into the oil for a minute, until they are crispy and golden brown.  
  4. In a separate bowl sprinkle chaat masala, laal mirch and kala namak on top.
