How to make Cheesy Loaded Nacho Dip?
- Start by preparing the cheese sauce in a ceramic non-stick kadai by melting the butter and adding flour into it. Mix these together till perfectly combined. To this mixture slowly pour in the whole milk, mixing it continuously.
- Once the milk is combined into a smooth, thick mixture, add the cheese, salt, herbs and chilli flakes into it. Mix them all using a whisk to combine well without any lumps.
- In a separate non-stick frypan, add some vegetable oil. Into that saute some minced garlic and chopped onions. Once sauteed add some chopped tomatoes and saute them as well.
- To the pan add some red chilli powder, cumin powder and coriander powder. Follow these with some boiled kidney beans and a little water. Cover and cook it for a few minutes.
- Take off the lid and add some chopped capsicum and mix them well. Spread out the beans and layer some crispy nachos all around the edges of the pan. Add the cheese sauce over the beans and top it off with some homemade or store bought salsa.
