A typical game day/bar food with a crispy outside and molten gooey cheese inside.
1. Slit the whole jalapeño lengthwise and pull out all the seeds.
2. Grate the mozarella and mix it with chopped olives and seasoning and parsley.
4. Make a thick batter using refined flour and corn flour.
5. Dust the stuffed jalapenos with refined flour.
6. Dip in the batter and deep fry till crispy and golden.
7. Serve hot with spicy mayo or any dip of choice.
