Fusilli Mushroom Pasta

This Mushroom Pasta is a delicious dish of sautéed mushrooms mixed with pasta in a creamy sauce. The  cream sauce is conveniently made in the same pan as the sautéed mushrooms, garlic and onions, absorbing all of the great flavors as it thickens.

Fusilli pasta  - 1 packet 

Butter  -  2 cube 

Oil  - Few drops 

Chopped garlic  - 2 tbsp 

Chopped mushrooms - 100 gms 

Cream - 1/4 cup 

Mushrooms sliced  - Handful 

Cherry tomatoes  - Handful 

Basil leaves 



1) Boil the fusilli pasta till 80% cooked in salted water. And reserve the water once cooked.
2) To make the sauce heat butter, add in a few drops of oil so that the butter doesn’t burn , add in the chopped garlic and chopped mushrooms and onions and pan fry at high heat till all the water is reduced mushroom become dark brown.
3) Add in the cream and a few drops of water and blend into a thick smooth sauce.
4) In a fry heat , take 1 cube of butter and sauté the sliced mushrooms, cherry tomatoes and bail. Add in the blended sauce along with the boiled paste, add in salt and pepper and toss. 
5) Garnish with basil leaves.
