What makes chickpea and sesame burger protein rich?

Chickpeas and sesame seeds are both great sources of protein, which makes them a perfect combination for a protein-rich burger. Chickpeas are especially high in protein, with one cup of cooked chickpeas containing around 15 grams of protein. Sesame seeds also provide a good amount of protein, with one ounce (about 28 grams) containing around 5 grams of protein.

In addition to their protein content, both chickpeas and sesame seeds are also rich in other nutrients that are important for overall health. Chickpeas, for example, are high in fiber, iron, folate, and other minerals. Sesame seeds are a good source of healthy fats, as well as calcium, magnesium, and other nutrients.

By combining these two ingredients in a burger, you get a delicious and nutritious meal that's not only high in protein, but also packed with other essential nutrients
