Home Made Chocolate Brownie

Brownies are an everlasting love for most people when we talk about a dessert or a sweet snack. This brownie recipe is simple and convenient with all the ingredients available at your home or nearby store. All of this is baked in just 30 minutes.

What is a Chocolate Brownie?

Chocolate brownies are a type of chocolate treat that is often baked in a square pan. When compared to other baked goods, it's a pretty simple recipe, and there are many varieties, including the popular walnut brownie. They can also be topped with icing or cream cheese. They are often prepared in one of the two ways: either light and cakey or dense and fudgy.

How to make Chocolate Brownie

  1. Start by melting the butter. Chop the dark chocolate into big chunks and set half of them aside. Melt the other half of the chocolate.
  2. Add both the sugars, butter and vanilla extract into a large bowl and start mixing them with a wire whisk or an electric mixer. Once combined add both eggs one at a time and mix them well.
  3. Add in the melted chocolate to the mixture and incorporate it well. Add in the flour and cocoa powder and fold it using a silicone spatula. Add in the chocolate chunks and fold them in as well.
  4. Transfer the brownie batter in a non-stick square cake pan and smooth out the top. Bake it inside a preheated 180 degree oven for 25-30 minutes.
  5. Once out of the oven, let the brownie cool completely before demoulding it. Flip the mold to take out the brownie. Slice them into 9 equal pieces or however you prefer them.
