Easy and Quick Mixed Seeds Boondi Laddoo

Laddoos are featured prominently as a favored Indian dessert. Whenever we talk about sweets, it is always this yellow coloured ultimate delicacy in Indian Sweets which comes to mind. Its a healthy combination of mixed seeds with besan and water. In fact, a very good option for someone who doesn't like the taste of raw seeds.

How to make Mixed Seeds Boondi Laddoo?

1) First we need to start by making sugar syrup. Melt the sugar with 150 ml of water in Meyer Select Milk Pan and heat till you get one string consistency.

2) Now take a mixing bowl and make a batter with besan and water. The batter should be of flowy consistency. Make sure there are no lumps.

3) Take a Meyer Frying Pan and melt ghee in it and deep fry the boondi by pouring the batter over a slotted turner and by making small balls into the pan.

4) Soak the fried boondi in the sugar syrup for at least 20 mins. The boondi will soak all the syrup and become soft. Add in the mixed seeds and nuts and mix them properly

5) Apply ghee to your hands so that the batter doesn't stick to your hands. Prepare small balls or laddoos with the sugar soaked boondi and serve.

1) Make this recipe with baby potatoes to enjoy flavour in every bite. 

2) Use the small variety of baby potatoes to get perfectly cooked dry sabji.

3) You should wash the coriander leaves, dry it well and then chop it to add to the sabji.

4) You can replace tomatoes with dried mango powder.
