How to Make Pepper Chicken?

  1. Heat oil in the Meyer Trivantage kadai and sauté chicken until it changes color.
  2. Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute.
  3. Add black pepper powder and mix well. 
  4. Add water if needed or the mix is becoming too dry, add yogurt and sauté until oil separates.
  5. Lastly add chopped fresh coriander leaves & green chillies. 
  6. Cover the pan and let the chicken cook on low heat for about 15-20 minutes or until it’s tender.
  7. Serve hot with rice or roti.

  1. Make sure to not over cook the chicken, over cooking will lead to the chicken being dry and chewy.
