How To Make Rajgira Kadhi?
- Let’s start by mixing the curd along with the rajgira flour in a bowl until no lumps are left. Add the water to this, mix well and keep aside.
- Now heat some ghee in the Meyer Trivantage kadai. Add the whole spices along with the mustard seeds, cumin seeds and saute till fragrant. Add the curry leaves and cook for 1-2 minutes.
