How To Make Rajgira Kadhi?

  1. Let’s start by mixing the curd along with the rajgira flour in a bowl until no lumps are left. Add the water to this, mix well and keep aside.
  2. Now heat some ghee in the Meyer Trivantage kadai. Add the whole spices along with the mustard seeds, cumin seeds and saute till fragrant. Add the curry leaves and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Now add the green chili and ginger paste to it and saute for an additional 30 seconds before adding in the dahi mixture.
  4. Keep on stirring the mix over a medium heat for 5-6 minutes. Season the kadhi with salt and red chili powder and continue cooking and stirring until it becomes a little thick.
  5. Garnish the kadhi with some fresh coriander and a tadka of mustard seeds and curry leaves before serving.
