How to make Thandai
In a large bowl, add boiled pistachio, boiled peeled almonds and soaked khus. Blend them into a paste. Add whole milk into the Select stainless steel saucepan and start to heat it on medium low heat.
To the milk add a pinch of saffron and some granulated sugar. Add the blended paste into the saucepan with milk and stir it in. Reduce the milk on medium heat for 10 minutes.
Blend some cardamom pods, cinnamon sticks and dried rose petals into a masala to add into the thandai. Transfer the cooked thandai into another jar and add 1 tsp of the thandai masala and mix it in.
