      Step by step process to make Besan Badam Ladoo


      1. Heat ghee in a tri ply stainless steel pan .
      2. Add besan and start roasting on low flame. Do not roast the besan on high or medium heat. Your besan might start getting a bitter or burnt taste.
      3. Initially, it will look dry but as besan starts roasting , it will melt ghee and will be easy to roast.
      4. Roast on low flame for about 20 mins till besan is nice brown in color and fragrant.
      5. Add the almond powder and roast for 3-5 mins more .
      6. Now sprinkle some water (about 2 -3 tbsp in besan) , this will help bloom the besan.
      7. Mix nicely and switch off the gas.
      8. Let the besan mixture cool down. Once it cools down, add cardamom powder and sugar .
      9. Roll into bite size ladoos .
      10. Store in an airtight or vacuum container and see how many days you will see the container empty!
