Here’ s giving a fun and quick twist to our deliciously dear dal chawal’s combination. Taking a cue from Italian delicacies, we've converted our desi dal chawal into a fried Arancini ball. This is an innovative and incredibly easy way to enjoy our favourite dish while experiencing the delight of new food through fusion of the cuisines.
Arancini is an Italian appetiser ; they are deep fried rice balls that are generally stuffed and coated with bread crumbs. They are made in many variations with a meaty version in a ragu sauce or stuffed with mozzarella and parmesan risotto. The variations are endless, therefore, we have created our own version with the twist of classic Indian flavours of dal and chawal, mixed with some Italian herbs to bring together a fusion that everyone would love.
