- Now add chilli flakes and saute for another 30-40 seconds.
- Now let's add the thinly sliced bell peppers and saute them for 5-6 minutes. Make sure to season them with salt as soon as you put them in the pan.
- Once the bell peppers start releasing water, add the mushrooms and cook them for 2 minutes.
- Now to add flavour, add cayenne pepper, paprika powder and peri peri powder and cook the mixture for 1-2 minutes.
- Finally add the sweet chilli sauce and saute the mix for another 2-3 minutes and end with adding some finely chopped parsley.
- Now let's assemble the quesadilla. For this take a tortilla and layer it with both cheeses on one side and then add the filling mixture.
- Close the tortilla by folding it in half and then place it in a well greased pan and cook until both sides are nicely golden brown.
