How to make Maggi Manchurian 

  1. In a bowl add boiled Maggie, with chopped vegetables, ginger & garlic, black pepper, soy sauce and vinegar, some Schezwan sauce and spice mix. Also add some maida and cornflour for binding.   
  2. Mix everything together into a cohesive mass and portion them into even sized manchurian balls and roll them into the dry nood crumb.  
  3. Heat oil on medium high for frying. Fry the manchurian balls till they are perfectly crispy from the outside and cooked fully.   
  4. In a stainless steel chef's pan, add some vegetable oil, saute the ginger and garlic into it. Add cubed vegetables and the remaining sauces into it. Once everything is mixed, add the cornflour slurry to it and stir it till it thickens.   
  5. Toss in the fried manchurian balls and mix them till they are coated completely. Serve them hot.

  1. Make sure to add enough flour and cornstarch as they are necessary for binding.
  2. Do not fry them on low heat or they will become too saturated with oil.
