How to make Chicken Fried Noodles

  1. Before starting the stir fry we need to prepare the ingredients. Thinly slice the cabbage, spring onions and keep the white part and green part separately. Mince the garlic and slice the chicken into thin strips.
  2. Whisk the eggs and cook them into a sheet omelette in the nonstick frypan. Roll the omelette up and slice it up into even sized noodles. Mix all the sauces together into a small bowl and set everything aside.
  3. Boil some water in the accent stock pot and cook your noodles in it for 5-6 minutes. Drain them over a strainer and wash them with cold water. Once everything is prepared, bring out the chef's pan.
  4. Start heating the chef's pan on high heat till it is super hot. Add some vegetable oil generously. Toss in the chopped chicken and stir fry it on high heat for 3-4 minutes. Toss it every once in a while.
  5. Add the chopped cabbage and white spring onions and stir fry for 1-2 minutes. Once the cabbage and onions are done, toss in the boiled noodles, with the eggs and sauce. Mix and toss everything on high heat till they are mixed completely.
  6. Once everything is almost done, sprinkle half of the green spring onions and give it a light toss. Check for seasoning and add salt as required to the noodles. While the noodles are hot, transfer them into a large flat bowl.
  7. Garnish the noodles with the remaining spring onions and serve it hot.
