How to make Sugar Free Ragi Halwa 

  1. In a cast iron skillet, melt some desi ghee and add ragi flour to it. Roast the ragi flour and the ghee for a few minutes till the raw flour smell goes away. 
  2. To the roasted ragi add some milk and mix them till the milk is completely combined with it. It should form a fluffy and sticky paste. 
  3. To this halwa add 3 tbsp of stevia and incorporate it over medium low heat. Spread the halwa evenly and top it off with some chopped nuts. Serve it while its hot and fluffy.
